1.1 会议制度（摘要）
- 频次： 工作日至少 1 次站会（15～20 分钟）。
- 三件事： 评审需求（对照 F/C/A/D/R）· 评估进度（对照本周验收门）· 任务分配调整（Blocked by → 解锁了）。
- 归档：
docs/项目管理/纪要/YYYY-MM-DD.md（见模板 §8）。
